Private Yoga
Schedule private, semi-private or group classes on an ongoing basis or for a special occasion. Private classes provide an opportunity to work on specific goals or to address injuries or specific conditions such as pregnancy. Privates are in the park in Los Angeles, CA or any individual or group class can take place over Zoom. Contact to discuss!
About Me
I discovered yoga as a teenager and have been practicing ever since. I was already an equestrian and athlete and yoga felt right for my body and for the calm and peace I found in the practice. I am forever grateful to my first teacher Kayla Black who inspired me in every way.
I began teaching after doing my 200-hour teacher training at Kripalu in Lenox, MA in 2007 with Priti Robyn Ross and Randal Williams. In 2011, I received my 85-hour prenatal teaching certification from Sacred Shape in Brooklyn, NY with Summer Quashie, James Bae and Sara Woll. I then completed my advanced 300-hour training in 2014 through Good Yoga in Brooklyn, NY. Over the years I have studied numerous styles of yoga with many wonderful teachers and all have informed my practice and teaching.
Yoga has transformed who I am as an artist and human being. Everything in my life has become part of this journey of communication, self-discovery and simplification. It is an endless path of learning and exploration; a meditation in motion.
I love teaching. My knowledge has deepened from sharing and articulating this practice and from watching my students on their own paths of discovery and transformation. I enjoy tailoring yoga for people of varying abilities and in all stages of their lives. My classes focus on pranayama and safe alignment and sequencing and encourage exploration and inquiry.
I live with my husband and son in Los Angeles, California where I am a visual artist and teach studio and private yoga classes.

Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga provides an opportunity for pregnant mothers to release physical and emotional stress while connecting with their breath, awareness, bodies and babies. Prenatal poses focus on safety, strength and suppleness to support mother and baby throughout the challenges and joys of pregnancy and labor. Through breath, meditation and movement we work to strengthen and support the physical body, the mind and the spirit. Prenatal classes provide a space to exercise, relax and build community while honoring the amazing capabilities of the female body and the gestation process. Prenatal yoga is suitable for women in all stages of pregnancy with and without previous yoga experience. Please inquire about group and private offerings.
